প্রিয় ফেসবুক বন্ধুরা, সালাম। আপনাদের ফেসবুক চালনায় বিভিন্ন সমস্যার সমাধান দিতেই ফেসবুকের এই আয়োজন। মনে রাখবেন, ফেসবুকের সাথে সরাসরি যোগাযোগের কোনো উপায় নেই। তাই তাদের বিকল্প ব্যবস্থা। আমার দ্বারা সমস্যার সমাধান না হলে আমি তাদেরকে সংশ্লিষ্ট বিষয়টি সমাধানের জন্য ফরোয়ার্ড করব। মূলত আপনাদের ফেসবুক একাউন্ট নিরাপদ রাখাই এই পদক্ষেপের উদ্দেশ্য। আমাকে না জানিয়ে এই গ্রুপের মাধ্যমে কেউ কোনো প্রকার আর্থিক লেনদেনে জড়িত হবেন না। সবাইকে ধন্যবাদ। আর একটি বিনীত অনুরোধঃ কেউ ফেসবুক হেল্প সংক্রান্ত পোস্ট ব্যতীত অন্য কোনো পোস্ট না করার চেষ্টা করবেন। কেননা, এই গ্রুপের উদ্দেশ্যই হচ্ছে যারা ফেসবুক চালাতে গিয়ে বিভিন্ন ধরনের সমস্যায় পড়েন, তাদেরকে একটু সহায়তা করা। এই গ্রুপের মাধ্যমে কোনো প্রকার আর্থিক লেনদেন করা যাবে না। কেউ এই গ্রুপের মাধ্যমে অন্য কারো ইনবক্সে গেলে নিজ দায়িত্বে যাবেন। গ্রুপের বিধি বিধান কেউ মেনে চলতে না পারলে বেরিয়ে যেতে পারেন যে কোনো মুহুর্তে। কিছু বিষয় মেনে চলতে হবেঃ

১। গ্রুপে কাউকে সহায়তার জন্য অর্থ দাবী করতে পারবেন না। দাবি করলে ব্লক বা প্রয়োজনী ব্যবস্থা আইনি ব্যবস্থ নেয়া হবে।

২। কোনো ব্যবসায়িক পোস্ট গ্রুপে সরাসরি করা যাবে না।

৩। কোনো বিভ্রান্তিমুলক পোস্ট বা গুজব বিষয়ক কিছু পোস্ট করা যাবে না।

৪। কমেন্টে অশোভন ভাষা ব্যবহার করা যাবে না।

৫। কোনো মেয়ে সদস্যের ইনবক্সে কিছু লেখা যাবে না। যে বিষয়ই হোক। অবশ্য অনুমতি সাপেক্ষে ইনবক্সে যেতে পারবেন।

৬। নগ্নতা বিষয়ক কোনো পোস্ট দেয়া যাবে না।

৭।মৃতদেহের/রক্তাক্ত ছবি (মানুষের) পোস্ট করা যাবে না।

৮। এডমিন প্যানেলের কথা মেনে চলতে বাধ্য থাকবেন।
